Tebboune reshuffles cabinet on eve of Hirak anniversary

Algerian President Abdelmajid Tebboune announced Sunday a highly anticipated, but ultimately limited, government reshuffle on Sunday on the eve of the second anniversary of a protest movement that is regaining momentum.
